We take great pride in all VIKICON products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. All our products come with a warranty of more than one year. If you are not satisfied with the VIKICON product you purchased, you may contact us for a refund or a brand-new replacement within one year of product receipt.
 
2. Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim, please visit our Contact Us page or reach out to our customer service team directly at service@vikicon.com. Include the following information in your email: (1) Your full name. (2) Order number. (3) A brief description of the reason for return. (4) Purchasing Platform.
 All valid, complete and timely claims (not rejected due to fraud, misuse or other reasons stated below) will be processed within 24 hours of submission.① For products with manufacturing defects or missing accessories, a brand-new replacement will be shipped to you immediately.② Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.③ For product exchanges, please return the original item to process your refund first, then place a new order for the desired product.
